Difficult assemblyNickiLove the look of the chairs. They are beautiful, BUT the holes do not line up in some spots during assembly (followed the directions exactly) so ended up using strong zip ties to attach an area on each chair. You cannot bend the steel frame to make them line up either. Poor design/mis-measuring in my opinion. They are beautiful chairs though! They sit low to the ground so be aware of that when purchasing these. I plan on using them indoors. 3
Several years in!AnnaWe bought these chairs 3 years ago, leave them outside in the sun/rain/snow and they look as good as the day we bought them. Heavy duty, comfortable (although it would be nice if ikea made a cushion that fit- but comfortable without a cushion as well). We have a $900 pottery barn chair that looks a lot like these and the quality on these is as good as the PB chairs! Good job IKEA!5
Love this chair, surprisingly comfortableJillLove this chair. Had help assembling it. I bought the POÄNG cushions for both chairs. They fit well and I use the chairs in an indoor sunroom. I did need an added thin cushion to the the bottom part of the POÄNG cushions. It would be nice if there was a cushion designed for this chair.5

sturdy comfortable chair when you add cushionsEllenI have 3 of these chairs. They can be difficult to put together. It helps to have two people, so one person can hold the pieces together. I found the World Market corduroy floor cushions fit the seat perfectly and are thick and comfortable. They look nicer than outdoor cushions. Just a regular throw pillow makes the back more comfortable. I’ve had them for 3 to 4 years and they hold up very well. 5

disappointed RobinI only gave this chair two stars because I like the design of it. I don't know why Ikea doesn't show any weight limits on this item. The seat could be higher off the ground, I had to put a pillow in the bottom. It is for a baby shower and I'm concerned with the weight capacity not being known not to mention the fact that it is held together by some flimsy screws. The width of the chair could have been a little more accommodating to a not so slender person too.2

Love this chairElizabehI actually used this chair for a baby shower ! And I’m planning on renting this chair for other baby showers ! I added a floral arrangement and nice pillow and throw blanket and wowzers it was soo beautiful! Super easy to put together! Only 10 screws! So easy that we took it apart to Travel with chair in small chair then put it back together at an event and then took it back down for ride back home !5

Plastic rattan
