Small but great neck restBrianI use this in my car. It's a smaller neck pillow than average, but for my use it's the perfect size and firmness to support the neck without pushing my head forward. The extra length of the cord does flop around in this use though, so a strap keeper would be nice to have.

Good idea but not properly explainedMichaelThis was listed as a therapuetic device...I tried to use it as a pillow in a pillow case, but as I was using it on a waterbed it was too stiff. Now trying it with the just the foam insert in a pillowcase and expecting it to be more satisfactory. I have been searching for the perfect pillow for decades...
