No screws includedJustinEvery IKEA product comes with screws... except this one. You'll need to make an extra trip to the hardware store after you buy this curtain rod.
Terrible design CarinaI drove a long ways to pick this up. This is really poorly design as it doesn’t stay in place so when you pull the curtains open or closed the rod slides off the track and falls off. What a waste of money! I would like a refund please, there’s no way I’m driving all the way back to the store!
Doesn't come with screws, doesn't say what size screws to buyJayNot only does this lack anything to attach it to your wall, it doesn't even say what screws would be needed. Plus, ikea doesn't even sell them unless you want to buy a full 175 piece kit! It's a giant mystery why this is so poorly planned.
What size and style do I need for lathe and plaster? I don't understand why it's not even in the documentation.
Rods?VanessaI’m not sure if i read the description wrong but i was under the assumption that the combination came with the two rods and i didn’t get any. Did i read the description of materials wrong???
No screws?YoungDoesn't come with screws to fasten the set to the wall/ceiling... I guess everyone else just has all kinds of fasteners laying around? Just charge me $4 more and give me screws
Poor qualityCeciliaFirst day i bought it and installed it, it broke! And it was stressful to install, now i have to buy another one i guess you do get what u pay for! I wouldn’t recommend
Love itKathrynLove the rod, can't beat the price! This rod set is nice and simple looking, not big and clunky. I love it! The only thing I came across as an issue was simply fixed with a return to the store. Some of the screws for the rod bracket were stripped and we needed replacements.

I Love These Rods but . . .BiancaI love these rods soooooo much! The hardware is hardy and the installation process is easy! The thing about this rod is that it only came with the 3 hooks for each rod when in fact if it was a double rod then there should be a total of 6 hooks for both rods to be held up! I wish they would of clarified that before buying! Otherwise, the quality and process is super easy! It makes my living room & bedroom look very modern! :)
Good valueAnonymousBought this set instead of piecing it together myself individually. It is a good value compared to other stores selling similar set ups. It's a simple design that pairs well with the curtains I purchased. It was also relatively easy to assemble. With that being said, there are a couple drawbacks. -Screws not included to attach to your wall. Take note: this set does not include actual hardware. You will need to provide your own. -Ikea placed stickers on the actual rod, depsite being labelled really well with its packaging. The stickers were REALLY DIFFICULT to remove. The adhesive even shredded my Magic Eraser! So be prepared with some goo gone or similar product to remove these stubborn stickers. I bought 2 sets of these and easily spent 20-30 minutes total trying to get these stickers off (they are at the end of each rod, so not easy to hide. -the big rods come with end caps but the smaller rods do not. Seems to be a separate purchase? I will now have to search for them and make another purchase Otherwise, this set has good value and LOOKS great. I would purchase again. Hopefully my review will help someone else.

Received empty boxAnonymousI ordered 2 sets with 2 sets of finals for my new home. I received 2 boxes, and one box was totally empty. The curtain rods must be in the long EMPTY box with packing list. So I tried to get a hold of PERSON by email and the phone but no one answered and the phone never connected for a week. Also, I can not request missing part or return at the store because I don't have packing list either!!! What should I do with the wall brackets and the finals without curtain rods??? I wasted about $70. All my furniture are from IKEA last 6 years and never happened from online order before, but it is so frustrated with customer service this time, I'm not going to order or buy anything from IKEA anymore!!!
