Waffle SpecificsPaulaMaybe I'm losing my mind, but ... I don't buy cotton waffle because I'm in love with the look of the waffle pattern, I buy cotton waffle because it is, so far, the best at helping regulate temperature. In cold weather, it keeps me warm without smothering, and in warm weather, it keeps me covered yet comfortable. I buy cotton waffle tops for the same reason. However, as the waffle becomes popular, or so it seems, there is less waffle feel and more waffle look. No, no, no, no, no. Please focus on the FEEL of the waffle weave far above the LOOK. Thank you. PS. Maybe when I wash this is will fluff up, but I've never had to do that with the others I've bought - and can no longer buy because you aren't selling the good/real waffle stuff anymore.
Nice, but heavyMelissaThis bedspread has held up well after washing and drying, but it feels heavy when sleeping under it. I ordered it online thinking it would be a soft and lightweight bedspread. If you want something that feels weighty this one may be for you.

My Favorite BlanketElijahI love the quality and texture of this blanket. The one I bought is for my kid, but I like it so much that I'm going to buy another in queen size.
Contrary to one bad review, the fabric doesn't snag on anything, and I have talons for toenails so I should know. It also feels quite durable.
Some may not like the texture...it's a bit "rough". I like it. My kid could go either way, but prefers fleece blankets over this one (how I have ended up using it).
Great as a summer blanket, but I also use it as a layer under my Kakebuton (Japanese quilt) to trap some heat when it's colder since I don't wrap the quilt around myself, but rather it just lays flat across me and the bed.
