Yes, you can use a larger one on smaller containers, but it gets loosened in a lunch bag. They need a 2-3 pack (possibly two perfect size for 18-20 cm bowls) sized between the two current packs.

Thought this was a junk purchaseKarenI bought the silicon vegetable covers and promptly stored them in my cupboard because I didn’t understand what uses they had. I cut a large onion for dinner that evening and was about to cover the leftover piece with wrap but I remembered the covers. One fit perfectly and very tightly! No mess and no odor!
