Perfect concept!RobertThis is the second kitchen I've purchased this item for. Love having it at my sink all the time. I had to wait over a year to find one in stock this time. The stainless steel seems a bit thinner this time and the black edge also looks a bit cheaper, but all in all a nice product.5
Wonderful strainerTOBYThat’s right over the lip of your countertop right into your sink and you can just turn your Fossett and rinse off your vegetables or whatever you put in and then put them right into the pot5
Did not fit sink asROBERTDid not fit sink as hoped but using it anyway. Like the concept but it’s showing signs of rust already.2

Nice addition to sinkMeighanA very nice addition to my new sink.5
Quality & FunctionJeanetteReally nice quality and is a great size. Not to huge and bulky - just right!! Thanks5
PrettySabineIt’s pretty and pretty good. I’d like the overhang to be a bit wider, as my sink seems to be nearly too deep for it and if it’s not all the way on the side edge it can drop in4

NopeBetIshereActually bought a floor sample that I didn’t realize until got home... did not fit sink anyways... returned1
UsefulThis and ThatI waited a long period to buy the product debating whether or not I needed it or if it would fit my sink [check the measurement of this product and take the measurement of your sink as well before buying]. After months of debating, I finally bought one and I'm glad that I did. I use it when I wash fruits, vegetables, and for straining pasta. When I'm not using it for food, I use it to dry cups and utensils.5
Fits perfectly in sink,KjbilotEasy to clean Very versatile5
In the wayChrissyF7I bought this a few months ago, it looked practical, but in reality, it has no usefulness.1
It did not fit my sink.EB123eldkcifjckgbcUnfortunately it does not fit my sink.4
great product!JTCRYSTALI have had this for 3 months now and I don't know how I lived without it! a place to put the sponge or anything you want out of the way, but accessible.5
Nice idea, but too much space taken from sinkChristi EWe bought this for our larger single bowl sink, hoping it would work to provide some space to put things we didn't want sitting in the sink (like stainless steel or glass), but it really was just too large and the space below it in the sink itself became deadspace, so it made the sink feel much smaller. We returned it.2
Useful! Perfect size!CindigoI use this to drain ironwater out of fabrics that are going to be dyed. It sets just inside the container and is tough enough for 10 pounds of wet fabric to sit and drain. Love it.5
Great accessory!SippanIt's perfect! Fits in the sink and has tons of uses. I have one for use as a vegetable colander and another for storing utensils and small stuff before loading the dishwasher.5
like ittk53154very helpful, great product, good quality4
Must Haveveg4lifePerfect for draining fruits / veggies after heading to the market, as well as, small amounts of hand washed dishes. Since I have a double sink i can leave it as a permanent fixture allowing me to free up counter space.5

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing items – without losing its valuable properties.
