Very easy to install. I'm storing so much behind the mirror!!!ChristineIf you don't plan on just hanging it, remove the hardware in the back and reuse the screws for the included hinges instead. Putting it on a hinge I have been able to store ALL my necklaces and earrings in the back! It's so amazing! I didn't even need to create a niche in the back, I was able to just use very shallow hooks on both the wall and the back of the mirror itself to store everything! It worked out so well! I also added a very thin magnetic cabinet catch on the wall and the mirror. It doesn't look like a lot of space in the back but I'm blown away with how much I was able to store back there! I even stuck a mini mirror on the back of the mirror so when it's open and I'm choosing jewelry I can use it! You can also choose to put the hinges on the left or right to control which way the mirror opens. I needed it to open from the left side with hinges on the right and that's rare to find.5

Happy with this Nissedal mirrorArchanaAfter much research and discussing with Claude, I selected this mirror and bought two of the same. Before this I ordered one from Amazon that arrived broken. Also looked at Target, TJ Maxx and Home Depot. Did not like any. I love this. I wanted white to install on my white bath and bed room doors. They are neat and elegant. And have really added to the look. A handyman did this for me and it didn’t take much time. He did grumble about IKEA never including screws etc.4

I bought this to coordinate with Malm furniture which it does well. It has the same clean lines, it’s simple but classy and is well made. I like how it can be hinged to move although I didn’t need that feature.

What is mirror glass?
