It’s a shape that’s used throughout the series, from chairs to tables. “The frame gives NÄMMARÖ a uniform and contemporary look. It’s also modular thinking that simplifies the production and lowers the cost. And since NÄMMARÖ doesn’t have any curved shapes, the products are easy to pack in flat packages.” It contributes to a lower price and saves valuable space during transport – all the way from the factory to the customer’s home.

So many reviews state “folds easily for storage” but NO ONE OR NO WHERE IS IT MENTIONED HOW TO FOLD. I have read so many of the reviews searching for some clue as to HOW IN THE WORLD does this little folding table “easily fold”. Why isn’t it included in the instructions somewhere? I have decided that if I want to “store” my three little tables I will find an appropriate size box and stack them in a corner of the garage. Very frustrating! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of information on how to fold. I definitely recommend these anyway.

Much better than ugly, plastic onesLisaI bought a brown rattan-like foldable table and wanted a stool or bench to go with it. These are much nicer than the plastic ones where the only color options were black or white for stools. The plastic seats were too small but these wood ones worked out well and three fit under the table. They weren’t exactly level on the outdoor deck but not too bad. I plan on staining them brown so they match the table. It’s unfortunate the matching table wasn’t foldable or I would have bought that instead of the rattan-like table. The wood is much more attractive and since we’d only use these infrequently for guests, I needed a foldable table.
