If you want to create a complete children's room in the same style, you can combine the crib with the SMÅSTAD storage series – they match each other perfectly.
As a parent, you will be lifting your child in and out of the crib many times, so to be kind to your back, we’ve made this crib base adjustable at three different heights.
One crib side can be removed when the child is big enough to climb into/out of the crib.
Your child can sleep safely even after removing one crib side since a guard rail is included.
At the bottom of the crib there is a spacious drawer where you can store comforters, toys or extra bed linens.
The spacious drawer runs smoothly and closes softly and silently.

Lovely crib, so pleased with itHanyaWe love this crib! It was a little tricky to assemble but the turned details on the bars is so charming, and overall it is well made and sturdy. Looks like it is being discontinued, which is absolutely a shame; disappointed in you, Ikea! The drawer is soft close, which is a nice touch and the ability to change height all the way down to a bed with a protective low side is wonderful- so much room to grow, absolutely worth the money to us. Just elegant and useful.
Absolute garbage!SofiaThis crib is the worst way to spend $500 and your time to assemble it only to find out what a piece of crap this is. Couple months into the use and the laminate on one side started to split. Newborn baby, sleepless nights and you don’t have the time to deal with that right away, another couple months go by the defect getting worse, finally you got hold of customer service , send the pictures and waited by the phone getting a run around , then some moron tell you that after 6 months of purchase you pretty much screwed and you should take your losses! Last chance to buy means that garbage is not being made anymore and no spare parts, so you will be stuck with that pile of cheap pressed board. After 15 years being your customer I’m no longer will be spending my money at this store. Prices went up, quality went down and for hours of putting that furniture together?! It’s plenty of other options and you IKEA is no longer unique.

great cribCecilyNot too hard to assemble. My husband was able to do it by himself. We use it with the spring mattress and baby loves it. The drawer is large and has the soft-close hardware, though it is a little shallow for most packaged items. Overall, a great crib for small nurseries.
BeautifulAnonymous reviewerBought it back in January 2022 when I found out I was pregnant. We waited until birth to find out the gender so definitely gender neutral. We bought the crib sheets from IKEA the grey ones with white stars and I’m sooo in love. We had a baby boy and it’s so pretty, we paired it with the hemnes dresser the 8 drawer one and added a changing pad on top of it and it makes the perfect nursery. We just switched the knobs for some wood ones to match the crib.
