Good to know

To keep your sofa looking good, you should regularly flatten out creases and wrinkles with your hand.

The velvet reflects light in a characteristic way which may make the color appear as if it changes.

Press marks that may appear on the velvet usually disappear in time. With your hand, you can gently stroke in the direction of the pile or use a clothes brush. You can also use the vacuum cleaner with the soft nozzle.

Small fibers may appear on velvet. It happens naturally and they disappear over time and can also be removed with a lint roller.

Remove dust with a lint remover.

Light stains can be removed with a damp sponge or a mild soapy solution.

To make sure that velvet maintains its look and feel, it needs to be cared for regularly according to the care instructions included with the product.

Safety and compliance

The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover's ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 25,000 cycles. A cover that withstands 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture that should withstand everyday use in the home.

Great add-on, not compatible with 2019 couch.BenAs another review said, this chaise add-on will not work with the 2019 version of the Morabo Couch. The legs and frame are taller, the upper predrilled holes on the frame don't line up. I made a few modifications to make it work, but you need some tools and hardware to do so, and even then I'm not sure I made it work to satisfaction. As for the quality, it's pretty good, although I found a ton of loose thread ends.4
Not compatible with 2019 Morabo sofaAnonymous reviewerI bought this to expand our Morabo sofa and have the L-shape, but the fixed screws on the armrest do not fit the holes on this chaise. Also the chaise is taller than our sofa, so probably Ikea made changes since 2019. Overall It should be a good product, my Morabo is great but needed something bigger and thought this was a solution.4
