Good, but not Trotten TopEricThe desk overall is very good, but I would prefer to have the full-size top like the trotten and not have the plug-in module piece. It is too bad the Trotten is being discontinued.

DO NOT BUY THISJoshI purchased this desk about 2 years ago and the MOTOR BROKE! That means it's stuck in a down position.
For the price you'd expect it to last longer but they obviously sourced trash parts to help their margins on this. End of the day Ikea made their money, paid their c-suite, and now as the consumer you're now SOL.

Featureful yet minimalJuliaAssembly instructions were simple and easy to follow- got this assembled in a mere hour. The controls are simple, but offer several really nice features, like remembering two preset heights, which is great for having a "sitting" and "standing" configuration that you can reach with the press of a button. it also features really good cable management options that I didn't even consider when purchasing but have made my life easier.
My only gripe, if any, is that the boxes are extremely heavy, on account of being filled with dense metal parts- but that's obviously necessary.

The anctual assembly is easy if you are methodical about the process. The desk itself looks great and has a clean design. I’ve ever had this much desk space before and it’s a welcome luxury

Good furniture, Terrible electronics. Dead in 2 monthsGregI bought this desk two months ago because I frequently present in webinars and thought it would be nice to be able to sit or stand. It was great for a short while.
Today, the down button works, but the up button doesn't, and the desk is locked in the child-size position. I wanted to see if it was just a cable connection. To test that it basically involves disassembling the desk again. Nope, cables were plugged in and fine. I tried various ways to see if I could get the electronics to reset, but no joy.
I was also hoping there might be a manual way to raise the desk, but the way it is designed, if the electronics go bad, this might as well be a coffee table. It is bricked!
I will be returning this desk for a refund, and not seek a replacement.
Spacious and EasyMarcyI chose this desk because of its length and depth. I have room for my laptop and printer, and space to handwrite, a digital area and an analog area, to spread out. I even wish it could be longer! I appreciate that it can be raised and lowered. I don't see myself using this feature much, except when wrapping presents, which I don't do very often. My husband and I had no issues with assembly. You do need two people. I do wish it had a middle drawer! That's the main thing I miss from my previous traditional, heavy dark wood desk. But right now, I am loving the desk. New desk for this new era of my life. I want to be clear, I have to the 63 inch in length version of this desk.
Up button broke in first 4 minutesAnonymous reviewerThe up/down worked for about 3 minutes. The down button works, but the up does not. Now I have to go to ikea to figure out next steps to replace.
Mittzon desk is the perfect solutionGlenFits perfectly in the home office, clean lines, love the design. The Koppla power strip fits the desk insert perfectly. Love the simplicity, the power desk options. It does not rock when one types.
I found it very easy to assemble; the directions are straightforward and self explanatory. Having a second person when the desk needs to be turned over and lifted is important.

Great deskSantiagoGreat desk and works very good. Was easy to install, comfortable to use. The top board is rough, needs a better finishing. If you’ll plan to have a monitor without a base, with a clamp, check your clamp to not have problems, I could install my one but all are the same. I’m very happy with my new desk.
