Brittle fabricTaraI was happy on arrival of the comforter but when I opened it and put it on my bed discovered it has some rips in it. The fabric is also not very soft and would definitely require going thru the laundry multiple times. This will obviously make the rips worse though. Very disappointed in the product and not being able to get through to customer service when I tried. Also not long forward to trying to repackage and send back a queen sized comforter. Such a drag.1
