Flimsy and provides little if any privacyNatalieI bought only one, to check things out first, since I was ordering online. So glad, because it's ridiculously bad. First off, it's incredibly "floppy" due to horrendous design. Second, in and of itself it does NOTHING to provide privacy, because the holes are too large and close together to meaningfully obscure anything.
I have mine indoors at this point. I only use sheers on my patio sliding doors, so I set this up to help block an angled view into my kitchen. The combination of the sheers plus this divider works fairly well, but alone, this would be utterly useless.
Magnets stick to this, so this could also be used as a floor-standing memo board. It could be helpful if you wanted or needed to section off part of your home office, and total privacy wasn't needed. This could also be "hacked" by covering the sections with pretty fabric or sound-proofing material, although it wouldn't be worth buying for that unless it was deeply discounted.
Good investment KarlaThis was purchased for security and privacy reasons. We have space between the back of our home and the fence, so putting this in the gap keeps strangers from walking through. We bought this “as-is” at 30% off and it was a great investment.
Not bad for a portable screenTerriI purchased this as a substitute for the Nammaro which isn't currently available. It feels flimsy because it the panels move a bit when picked up but it doesn't seem likely to fall apart. It comes in white with silver fasteners and grey supports. However it takes spray paint well and mine is now black. The panels are very open and whatever is behind it will be easily visible so it isn't a good privacy screen. The feet project out 7 1/2" on each side so keep that in mind when deciding on placement. I was hoping to use this to hide pool equipment but it isn't suitable for that. But it's a fine product if you are aware of its limitations.
Flimsy AlisonI wanted to like this so much, but it was just too light and flimsy. Okay if you're not using it where the wind can blow out over.
Husband put it together easily so no problem there.
Privacy screen that doesn’t provide any privacyKatherineWell made but doesn’t do the job it’s billed for. Would not recommend and adds an hassle to return.
Stylish functionKathrynI was looking for a semi permanent way to block off it indoor bike from view and keep our cats away from it when in use. This screen is metal and I like the look of it. It’s a little flimsier than I was hoping for - it would be best up against something to help support it. But it blends in nicely and I know in the future I can use it for a screen out on our deck or other purpose. So I’m excited about the versatility of it, I just wish it was a bit sturdier.
Perfect for our needs. LooksHannePerfect for our needs. Looks great.
Modern spin on patio privacyCatherinePros: feel this item looks better when placed as pair or more - unless you have a small patio space to anchor it. Like the clean color and heavy weight to prevent tipping. Stays in place. Like that it's steel and can attach tiny magnet hooks to suspend little string lights to it.
Cons: assembly a bit tricky - suggest you look ahead at images, very closely, when choosing the top bracing bars to make sure you've got it right end up. There are no 'plugs' for top of bracing bars (rain, dirt will eventually fill the space if used outdoors). Not quite as much privacy as expected as cutouts/holes are large. Still a nice addition to our courtyard.
