It's silky smooth against my skin but also keeps me cozy warm. The ONLY thing I dislike is IKEA's fixation on pillowcases that open in the middle instead of on the ends. This means that people like me can no longer turn the pillows over. So I just use different pillowcases instead of the ones that came with the comforter.4
