What I've been searching forRichardI've been searching everywhere, even eBAY for 100% cotton towels that are NOT coated with something for the purpose of making them soft. Every 100% cotton towels that I've tried was. Most don't know this but for the most part, all cotton towels are coated with something for this purpose. I'm not looking for soft towels. I want towels that absorb quickly. The additives companies use to soften cotton towels and other products reduce their ability to absorb water. These towels are perfect. Not only do they absorb water quickly and completely but they're so simple, you could throw twenty of these in the wash and into the drier quickly without any problems. I don't want a towel that weighs ten pounds, like a bad terrycloth curtain out of the 1970's. If you want something soft and fuzzy put on a robe. If you want to dry yourself quickly, these are the best.

Great as camping towelsAmyGreat as camping towels…I say this because they are small bath towels but get the job done. They take up very little space so you can find a spot for them in your camper easily. If your camper has a small Splendide type washer you can wash double the amount of these towels vs bigger bulkier towels which is nice since it is a small machine to start. They also dry way faster because they are smaller. We use dryer balls and they speed up the drying even more. The hook on these have NEVER failed us if you need to hang to dry/reuse. We have had some for years. Do these wrap all the way around a grown man? No. Do these dry off a grown man after showering. Yes. They are perfect kid sized towels for a home!
