Great frame; bad delivery MatthewThis frame is a nice, modern look for posters and other art…. BUT both of the ones we ordered came busted. If you want these- pick them up at the store or be prepared to send them back.

TERRIBLE ProductRobertThis is the cheesiest, flimsyest frame we have ever purchased! Good luck getting your print in the frame and keeping all the sides and thin plastic sheet aligned. We buy a lot from Ikea, and this is a TERRIBLE product.

FlimsyKyleThis frame is quite flimsy, and it can be hard to move around unless it's fully assembled and the backing is secured in place.
The first frame I ordered had a large chunk broken off the front plate. I requested assistance from Ikea, and received a new frame - which also had a broken corner (smaller, though). This leads me to believe that the front plate (polystyrene) is very fragile and prone to breakage.
Metal clips don’t stay securedHaleyIdk why this has such good reviews, I’m not usually one to have high standards for picture frames. But the little metal springy catches on the back will NOT stay secure under the frame. I kept putting them back in in all sorts of ways and as soon as I turn the frame over at least 4 out of 10 would ping out. I only saw one other review mentioning this… perhaps there are different versions IDK. The ledge on the back of the frame doesn’t seem to stick out far enough for them to stay stuck under…. Luckily I have an old frame that looks almost exactly the same but it had glass which broke. The backer board for that old frame has thicker metal snaps which stay in place a little better on this ikea frame but still not perfect. I think I’ll just use the old frame and replace the broken glass with the plexiglass from this frame. Bc this frame also has unpainted edges on every corner where the cut metal is shiny silver instead of black….

Buyer Beware!LindaI was excited to find this thin frame to offset the heavier IKEA frames (Ribba) we use. However, this frame requires a screw, not a regular picture hook. If you want to use the hanger on the back the screw needs to stick out 1/2"-1" from the wall. Should you ever want to move the frame you'll have a nice hole in the wall instead of a small hole from a hanger pin. I'm not a fan of hanging pictures using the frame edge, so for me, this was an issue. I bought several, in several sizes, and will play around with hanging options before deciding whether to return them. Beautiful look on the front, poor design on the back.
