Falling apart in 2 monthsWendyI’ve had this 2 months and it’s coming apart, the knots easily unravel, it looks 10 years old. I would NOT recommend this rug, it’s very pretty but made very cheap.2
Massive disappointmentSaraAlthough I live 45 minutes away from the store, I thought the $5 delivery would make sense. Was told 3-5 days but it took 2 weeks! The box arrived mangled, barely holding together. Then when I opened it, it was smaller than I ordered and has all kinds of "knots"/snags sticking out and looks like I've had it for years and needs replacement. Even if it didn't have noticeable flaws, it's scratchy and not nice to touch. Major disappointment and there's no way for me to roll it up and return it. Never ordering again.1

Not for high traffic areasDanielaLove how the Lohals rugs look when you first buy them but don’t place them in a high/medium traffic area. The runner in the front room looks like it’s going to fall apart (after not even 6 months), the one in the dining room looks gnarly and no one ever spilled something. I vaccum daily and still, they look like I should replace them.3
Pretty but you really cant cleanLaurenI really liked the look - felt thick, substantial and layed flat (used the rug under cushion they recommend with it). Liked that it was made of natural materials. Great value for the size. We used it in the living room. However, you just really can't clean up spills. It can't get wet. A gentle non-toxic cleaning solution lightened the spot spills were. Only lasted about a year for us before there were too many bleachy-looking spots & started looking haggard. Wish it worked better but not good in a house where you have more messes than just dust.2
Definitely worth the moneyVeronicaI wanted to add warmth to my living room because the floor tile is white. This rug does the perfect job with a warm honey tone. It’s inexpensive and soft enough for bare feet. It is a bit “rough” in places where the jute is less finely processed but I don’t mind. I’m very happy with the purchase. 5

Great Style & Value HollyI have purchased 4 Lohals over the past 6 months. Started with the smallest for a doormat on my front porch and liked it so I bought a larger one for inside the door. I have since purchased 2 large ones for my porches. These rugs are comfortable to walk on with bare feet which I cannot say of all jute rugs. I may buy some runners for my inside hallway as well as they seem to bear foot traffic very well and look great too! 5
