I love this cutting boardLynda11 years ago I bought this same cutting board, only it was regular wood, not bamboo. After a couple of years, it started warping a little. I was able to oil it well enough to keep it flat, but then, about 2 years ago, it warped so badly, I was not able to get it flat. I put up with it until now and just couldn't stand it anymore, so I went out and got the bamboo version. Can't say yet whether it will warp, but I'm sure glad to have a flat board again anyway.5

What is bamboo?

Strong, flexible and one of the world's fastest growing plants – bamboo has many uses that make it an excellent renewable material.
