Quality roasting panVincentI love roasting fingerling potatoes and Brussel sprouts and since I don't roast too much, I was looking for a nice sized pan that will do 2-3 servings. This pan is perfect. The gauge of the metal feels substantial and I like that it's stainless so I can use a scouring pad on it if I need to. The handles are also nice to be able to reposition or shake the pan while it's in the oven.5

They the right sizeBarbaraSome 20 years ago I purchased 2 of these pans they are sturdy, clean up easy…my daughter keeps taking them so I ordered additional ones. They are ideal for 2 people or when would like to make 2 pans rather then one large one, This way you can freeze a pan or in my case send it over to the daughters!5
Great for roasting and baking, too, and wait for it...MollieWe have used this pan for roasting, as well as baking and now (wait for it) it's a make-shift litter box for the new kitten! She won't use the kitten-sized one yet, so we offered this to her. It's a little smaller. When she grows a little and graduates to the larger size, we can reclaim and sterilize it in the dishwasher. Thankfully we won't be out of commission in the kitchen since we have two of them. We bought them nearly 20 years ago and they still meet our every day needs.5
