Fit perfectly in the Pax WardrobesKarenI loved my Pax wardrobes that I put in my craft room so much that they were the first things I purchased when I moved into a new home. I love their versatility and how I can change positions of shelves and drawers as my needs change. The Komplement shelves are great...but they do seem to be a bit less strong since I purchased them last. I had them in my last craft room for 10+ years and they never failed me. But I've noticed that the new ones I purchased are already bowing under the weight of my papers and stamps. Although this concerns me, I still think they are the best options for what I need.4
Shipping is terrible MarkWe made a very large purchase. Everything was great until I realized I needed only 2 more shelves. Since it was a small order they shipp via fedex. They did not package the shelves with any packaging materials. They arrived broken. Spoke to customer service and they sent replacements. Those also came damaged. There is now way of contacting them except for chat. It was the worse customer service experience. I suggest to stay away if you are placing small orders. My $6000 shelving unit now looks like crap!1
