Bottom part is missingAnonymousIt doesn't rotate at all since it's missing the bottom part. The box was unopened so I think it's just missing the bottom part from the factory. Ikea is a few hours away from where I live so I'm not sure if the drive will be worth it. Extremely disappointed.
