MUST HAVE Standing MIRROR!Cameron6I've been searching for a standing mirror for sometime now.. and I'm so glad that I purchased the KARMSUND standing mirror from IKEA! For $59.99, it is an absolute GEM! Excellent quality glass, frame and material. Very easy to assemble and I recommend this mirror!5
Nice but breaks really easySunnySnowBeautiful Mirror but it broke when bringing it home. It was in the box and I had it cover with blankets but the box has the mirror exposed. I tried to call to see if I could get an exchange but no luck with the number provided.3
Behind the mirror, you can hang tomorrow’s outfit and clothes that aren’t ready for the laundry basket quite yet. No clothes piles, no unnecessary loads of laundry – and you can treat yourself to a few extra minutes in bed, too.
What is mirror glass?
Mirror glass is made of mostly of ordinary glass with a reflective coating in some kind of metal. In the past it was common for the coating to contain lead or mercury – but over time, both of these metals have been shown to be harmful to people and the environment. That’s why, as of several years ago, IKEA has a total ban on using lead or mercury in our mirrors and instead it is non-toxic silver or aluminium that reflects your mirror image.
