Small and perfect!MaryI needed something small with storage options to be a makeshift vanity/desk in my small apartment. This could not have been more perfect! And the fun orange chair was a wonderful find at IKEA as well!
Kallax deskCarolI needed a small makeup vanity for my bedroom and the prices ranged from hundreds to over $1,000. After months of searching I decided to try Ikea and this small Kallax desk popped up for less than $100! I bought two 13x13 Cotton Rope Woven Storage Bins in natural brown from Amazon that match the desk perfectly, total cost for everything slightly around $110. It works perfectly for my needs and looks great in my space. Ikea never fails when it comes to storage solutions.
HORRIBLE QUALITYGiorgioNormally, over time, production processes and quality should only improve, but not for IKEA!!!
I have known and had the Kallax series for at least 10 years, before the quality was more than sufficient, excellent weight, excellent finishing, now the products have been totally lightened, metal parts replaced by plastic, horrible gluing. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives to Ikea around...
Good designMonikaLove it, it small enough to fit in tight space and enough storage for many things. I like accessories that can be added. One thing missing is possibly keyboard tray that can be added.

Nice Little DeskErinWe moved into our new home about a year ago, and we have been working over time to make the space work for us. My husband and I both work from home. We already had one desk, but were working on fitting another one into our space. This was perfect because we had space next to the existing desk and a window. This fit in, fit the screens, and has some storage space. I will admit it is narrow, so not the best solution for everyone, but it's worked well for our needs.
Nice size desk ColleenI purchased this to use for my jewelry making. It would be nice to have a utube video to help put it together as the directions seem to jump around. But I got it put together by myself in about an hour and a half. It looks really nice put together and I purchased both the drawer set and the door with the frame. Perfect for what I need.
Assembly issuesDianeI've had two of these desks so far with the same assembly issue with the central boards not lining up. I already returned one and I'll have to return this one too it seems

Simple Sturdy Desk - True to Kallax QualityBrandyLove this little desk for my daughter's homeschool space. We added 2x2 Kallax cubes on either side as well. Wish it came in other colors because I would love to get a black one for my son's room. Also, wish there was an option to add a long skinny drawer in the chair space.
