OmelatiousElmerYou just can't have the serving size, you want more then 4. They are thin,crisp, delicious. They could tone down on the sugar by 50 mcg. We donated don't eat to much sugar. But they stay fresh for a long time.. after opening them we placethem on a cookie jar or 1gaal zip luck bag.5
