Beautiful, but not functionalEmilyThe most gorgeous design, but it’s so hot and the fabric doesn’t breathe. I can barely use it in winter, making it mostly useless. The fabric isn’t soft, even after multiple washes. And there are no ties for the corners! Soooo frustrating for a duvet.2
Duvet cover too small! SandraThe duvet cover is too small for my king comforter. I doubled checked to make sure I bought a king size set. The fabric is also very cheap quality. 1

It was on sale and thus not a great risk but I was so disappointed when I examined and learned there were not internal ties to hold the duvet in place! That’s like a car with three wheels! I didn’t buy the duvet with the expectation that I would need to sew on ties or buy extra items to be able to use it as intended.3

With a king size duvet/cover, I really struggle to get the insert nice and flat and tucked into all the corners of the cover. 3

Love the color of the fabricKarenI have to admit that I had to buy this just because I loved the look of the fabric. I felt the color would look great in my bedroom. I’m not disappointed. It washed beautifully and came out of the dryer ready for me to insert the IKEA duvet I purchased. Not even necessary to use an iron. It looks great!5

Overall beautiful duvet coverKaitlinI love the look and feel of this duvet cover. I agree with other reviewers that it looks like a much higher end product than the price paid for it. However, I'm disappointed by two things: 1. every other duvet cover I've owned has had corner ties to secure the cover to the duvet insert so it doesn't shift too much. I will probably end up sewing those in myself, but I should not have to. 2. this item has plastic snap buttons for the closure. I washed it after receiving it and the first time using it I noticed one of the snap buttons is already warped and won't close. I wish this was just a standard button closure, which would be much more durable. I'll probably end up switching out the snaps for the buttons because if one was already damaged after the first washing, I don't expect they'll last that long. Disappointing.4
