Great for putting lotion on one's back!Anonymous reviewerI have 1 of these in each bedroom and near each outside door for my shoes/boots. However, I also hang one on my bathrooms' hooks because the best atypical use of this shoehorn is to apply moisture lotion to my dry back. It works and is < 10% the cost of ill-working items made for lotion application. Try it, and you'll be a believer!
THE Ultimate Shoehorn is Back!KevinA few years back I discovered these shoehorns. Shoehorns that you can use without doubling over to use. Easily used while standing - what a novel approach! Well I gifted some of mine and yes after many years of use a couple started to crack. One day I went to replace those and found out they no longer made them. Tragedy! Imagine my surprise and joy while roaming the San Francisco store for totally non related items and look! There they were! They brought them back. Now these are not identical to those older ones. There’s not a rubber pattern embedded anymore. That’s fine. They are not called Omsorg anymore either but Jordart. Not important. The key is the best and ultimate shoehorn is back! Fine job IKEA, fine job. Get one or 10 before they discontinue again is my advice.

Use it dailyCaraI initially bought this for winter boots. However, bending down has become more difficult, so I now use it daily for all my shoes. I have 1 by each door, and have given several as gifts. The trick for me has been to position it slightly to 1 side of the heel when sliding your foot in. (Inside of heel for right foot and outside for left seems to work best for me)

Love It!AllenThis is a replacement for an older version of the IKEA shoe horn. After 8+ years of regular use, it cracked. We have one at every door and only one of them cracked. We’ve used different brands also but they broke long before the IKEA ones. They're also easier to use since the handle is so long, and the base wide. I’ve gifted these before and they’re a hit. I love these shoe horns!
