Great shelfPeterIt’s exactly what it looks like, a great shelf that can be used in a variety of ways. We hung it on the wall with the included wall anchors. Now we have a good storage space for books and laptops. 5
Some Quality issuesMikeBasically I like the IVAR, but on assembling the 3rd one I have ordered, one of the wood shelves split do to bad quality. The holes where the wood pegs go were not drilled straight in one shelf causing the other to split when I pushed them together. Still waiting on replacement shelves after contacting customer service 3 times, they said I would get them shipped to me. But its been over a month and I'm still waiting for the replacement shelves. So I am rating product quality 3, 4 overall since the first 2 IVAR I got were good.4
Incorrect center board length, shelf won't fit togetherRachellPurchased one unit and center board was longer than the sides so unit could not be put together successfully. Took multiple calls to customer service to facilitate a return. Replacement unit has the same issue. Entire process has been frustrating and a waste of time. I'm not looking forward to going through another arduous return process for yet another defective item.1
