Not fluffyLindseyDefinitely a cheap insert. It barely fills out my 20x20” pillow case. If you prefer a thin flat pillow, look no further. But if you’re looking for a pillow insert with some fluff and volume, this ain’t it.

Adequate Interior Cushion AngelaThis cushion insert fits nicely in the IKEA 20 x 20 pillow covers. However it quickly loses its shape, and the pillow becomes very thin and floppy. Perhaps the feather filled insert option will maintain its shape. I may try it to find out.

Not 20 x 20 SusanThis insert is not 20 x 20. I bought it to go inside a Sanela pillow cover and it was not even close to the correct size besides the fact there wasn’t even enough filler to fill the insert. I would have had to buy 2 inserts for it to be anywhere near enough to fill the cover.

So thin!KurtThese pillows do not fill out the 20x20" pillowcases we bought at IKEA. We also bought the 26x26" inserts and those actually fit perfectly in the 20x20" pillowcases.
Very smushyAbigailI was hoping this would be significantly firmer. It's just very smushy. We've had good luck with couch lumbar pillows being suitable for bed pillows because they're typically firmer and fatter. This was just soft and mushy. I guess more reading into the description would have forewarned me. No complaints otherwise.
