Disappointing RebeccaI took this pillow out of the package and was immediately let down. It was extremely flat, and no matter how much I tried to fluff it, it stayed flat and lumpy. There was no support at all. Definitely not worth keeping, I’ll be returning it.

What happened?JessicaSeriously, what happened here? The cushion inserts from IKEA used to be great, but this is dreadful. How can a pillow be SO flat, yet SO lumpy at the same time? They also have a weird crease in them from the way they’re packaged- for some reason they’re folded before being rolled up. These are the saddest things I’ve seen in a long time. The cushion covers I purchased in the same order are so fantastic, they definitely deserve decent inserts. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.
One does not fill a Euro Sham/Cover well but 2 doMichaelI really like how soft this insert is. However, one of them does not fit a Euro sham/cover well at all. I bought two inserts and placed both of them in a single Euro sham/cover, and they fit perfectly. I'm sure this isn't what IKEA intended, but it is a good workaround!
