Well Made and SolidMichaelI have used this tenderizer a number of times in the first week - - pounding chicken breasts thin for Parmesan and other saute dishes. It's solid, well-made, and does a great job. A good weight, excellent handle easy to grip, and does what a good tenderizer should do. I recommend it as a good addition to kitchen utensils.
