Perfect and beautiful knife!ReneeI love this knife so much. It is so well-balanced and feels secure in the hand, and it is sharp. The design is beautiful. The knife cuts all kinds of food perfectly. I also purchased two of the smaller version of this knife (I loved the smaller knife so much that I wanted two!).
It was difficult to remove this knife from the nearly "human-proof" plastic packaging, but the packaging was very protective for shipping or displaying a very sharp knife.
