They are lightweight but sturdy. They are perfectly angled and flexible enough to maneuver under food to flip. You will be thankful once you purchase one or two for stir-frying and use them. 5

My favorite turnerAnnI LOVE these turners. $6 may seem kind of steep for Ikea, but they are worth every penny. I have had one for years and it works so well with nonstick pans. Love the slenderness - great for flipping pancakes! Also love the elongated fish turner. They luckily had one of each left when I was there and I snagged them, but I hope they were just out of them and they aren’t being discontinued! 5
