Product details

Works well on all types of cooktops, including induction.

The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.

The pan has a rounded interior, which makes stirring and beating easy.

Two handles make it easy to lift the pan.

Made of stainless steel, which makes the pans durable and easy to clean.

Thick base with one layer of aluminum between two layers of stainless steel. Gives an even and energy-efficient heat, which reduces the risk of food burning and sticking.

You can cook food on a low heat and save energy, because the stainless steel in the pan absorbs heat well and retains it for a long time.

Easy to hang up and store by using the hole in the handle.

Good to know

Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.

This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Frying panJasonExcellent quality5
Not nonstick anymore SusanI bought this in May 2025 and it said to hand wash. Beginning in early October it stopped being nonstick and now it’s too late to return. Don’t buy this1
Perfect for frying eggsJohnI love the ceramic coating. It's super easy to clean. And nothing sticks to it, not even burnt cheese. Excellent value.5
Rubbish.HeatherAfter five months and only using plastic utensils for this pan, everything sticks to it. We don’t see any scratch marks, but it seems as if the coating has worn off with use. Probably on our food which is toxic! Even when I use butter things stick - it’s not worth even a dollar1
Fantastic fry panDebraI love this pan . Heats up nicely. Cooks great , just did a quick stir fry, had a problem because I think I overloaded it . Meat took a little longer to cook but I had a lot of onion, peas Red pepper in it. I took out some of the veg and found that the meat cooked up better. Added the veg to finish. Perfect!!5
badChadEasily the worse nonstick pan ive ever used. Everything sticks every time.1
IKEA 365 Frying pan, 9”LucilleThis has to be the best frying pan I have bought in many years; it cooks quickly with very little oil and browns everything beautifully; I should have bought the larger one too!5
Love this panJohnNon stick cooking is perfect in this pan. It has a nice look, easy to clean and light weight. These are perfect for a cottage vacation home or everyday use.5
Coating changed, woefully disappointedGraceBought a set of these in 2020 - excellent quality, even heating, completely nonstick. Coating was dark gray. Went in recently to get one more pan, but noticed coating now was different, lighter gray, smooth. Ok, took it home, cooked scrambled eggs, the ultimate nonstick test. Result was crusted on burnt eggs. Tried some pancakes. Couldn't even flip and ended up with a torn up doughy burnt mess... These are terrible now, everything sticks! Threw the pan in the trash, burnt bits and all. Worthless... IKEA, why oh why would you mess up a great product?!? 2 stars, only because the metal part of the pan is the same as before... 2
Great non-stick potGeorgeHave had many non-sticks in the past to great disappointment, but this one is great. Very secure handle versus flimsy screwed ons. Great weight balance to movement of food is not difficult. Just love it!5
Miss the old coating HaunaThe new coating didn’t work for me when I making pan fried dumplings . The dumplings skin will stick on the pan . Very bad ! I used to purchased lot of them, now I have to return the pan because of the new coating. 1
Love itKimberlyNeeded after years to replace my older ikea pans and they no longer carried mine but love this one5
Does the jobSusanPurchased this January 19, 2025, used it for the first time today April 13. Made pancakes with a small amount of oil first round, was able to cook 3 rounds from my batter and did not have to add any more oil. The edges have lost some coating, not sure how/why that happened as I am the only one using this product. Plan to keep my receipt for 180 days, just in case I need to return it.4
Short lived coatingPaulinaI bought this pan 4 months ago and mostly use it to make scrambled eggs. I already noticed a big downgrade in the non-stick layer. I can't use a silicone spatula anymore because it sticks too much. Do not recommend unless you want to spend $20 every 4 months to replace your pan. 2
Great pansDannyI've own several of your pans and they are better than many overpriced pan being advertised.5
Miss the old coatingThereseWith many IKEA products I’ve noticed a decline in quality since COVID and this pan is no difference. I’ve been buying this pan for years but is very disappointed with the latest version. I hate the new coating, the pan is much more cheaply made, and except for the initial first few uses, it is may harder to clean than the older versions. I think this will be the last one I buy unless IKEA goes back to making a higher quality affordable version again like they used to. Also, it says the pan is oven safe, but it doesn’t list to what degree anywhere in the product description. It would be helpful if IKEA would add such important information. Plus for higher walls than many frying pans and a good size for family cooking. 2
Changed the coating JaniceThe coating on these pans changed recently from a black-ish to silver and sadly the non-stick doesn’t last very long. We’ve been buying them for years for our cafe and this recent batch is much different 2
Cookware setNancyMuch lighter weight the lids arrived dented so I sent it back. 2
Perfect SizeShelleyLove this as it's the perfect size for a quick egg. 5
Great Teflon Non-stick PanHongThis is the best quality budget pan with the best Teflon coating, sad to see it is getting discontinued. 5

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colors, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
