The Lid Makes the DifferenceWayneThe lid provides an air tight seal without the hassle of tabs (I always manage to snap them off). Can be a little challenge to pry off at times though.
solid glass containersNaokoWith the scare of PFAS and plastic contamination I decided to get rid of all my plastic containers and replace them with glass ones. I first bought a set of square/rectangle ones from Costco. While they are in good quality, the corners are hard to be cleaned especially when the food contains oil. Then I found the round glass containers at IKEA. These are perfect. They come in thick oven safe glass. Since the small and medium share the same size top, they are easy to store. The round shape makes them super easy to clean. They fit nicely in my fridge, too. I like the little small dot feet on the bottom, too. I am going to buy some more.
