Great container, I hate to dock one starYvetteI got this to store cat treats which I add in two layers to the bowls of cat food which I put outside for the outside cats. The openness of this container is great for that, since the scooping is hard to do with a more upright bin. I chose this smaller container as opposed to the larger one, since the cat treats come in smaller bags and this bin would allow me to cycle through them quicker without worrying about less fresh batches waiting to be used up in a mostly empty bin. My only complaints are that the sticker left residue and so I had to soak that area overnight in cooking oil to remove the residue, and the lid is the clamping style, which will eventually break and so need to be replaced. It would have been good in general to offer these bins in solid colors to better protect food from light damage, too. Bit otherwise, these are wonderful bins, especially since they stack so nicely with the others of different sizes, too. These are useful bins overall & I do recommend them!

measurements are inaccurate - read the fine printCyThis item is NOT 3" high unless the lid is really 3/4 of an inch - which it's not. I have the product that is this measurement, looking to get another one. Got to waste 45 minutes at IKEA wading through one inaccuracy after another at Customer Pickup and then Returns.

Good container, but frustrating pricing. RexSimply put I needed a container to store food. I noticed this container was perfect in size for my needs. I only saw the price of the actual box and it looked like it was $3.99. I did not see pricing for the lid and by the time I was checking out at a self-serve register, and associate told me that I had to scan the lid and the actual box/container. The total came out to be a lot more than what I anticipated and that’s pretty disappointing considering I thought the actual lid came with the container?
