sturdy bed for my 5 year oldJessicaWe've been loving this bed for about 18 months now. It's for my 5 yr old daughter and it's held up well to her antics. I put it together mostly by myself and it went well. Planning to buy another when her little sister is ready for a big girl bed. The only thing to note is that it does sit a bit high for young kids so she has to climb into it, but we don't mind that. Could always use a step stool.

Just boughtElizabethSeems great so far. We are confused though because it didn’t come with slats to support the mattress. If you don’t use a boxspring, do you have to buy the slats separately? The pictures show the slats so we thought they came with the bed. Love the quality and drawers so far!
IDANÄS TWIN BEDHeidiWell made bed. It’s sturdy and firm. However the instructions are a little confusing. We had purchased 2 beds. The second time we began to build the bed, it was easier. Layout all the pieces and make sure you have everything. I had purchased 2 other twin beds and these by far were the better quality bed.
