Does not work at all, worst IKEA product I have ever seen.RyanI purchased two of these hutten wine racks and both of them are so incorrect dimensionally that nothing goes together in the slightest. The poles for the ends are ALL at least half an inch too short so they cannot stay in place once the bottom and top racks are screwed in, and the middle rack's wood dowels are about a quarter of an inch further apart than the hole for the bolts. You can bend the rack nearly the point of splintering to get one side in and then the other side is beyond impossible. And since I purchase two of these, I can confirm its a design issue, not a one-off, because both are the exact same amount of messed up. So you can expect yours to have this exact same problem. DO NOT PURCHASE.1

Works Great But, A Bit Difficult To Put TogetherLizI bought this wine rack to store water bottles. I was tired of them falling out of the cabinet. I saw this while shopping for other items at IKEA and I thought it would work perfectly. I was right it did work great but assembly was a bit tricky. There are rods at the ends of the side supports. I imagine it is to keep everything square. There is no peg or screw to keep them in place so you have to hold everything together while screwing in one of the racks/shelves. Additionally, while I am usually able to assemble everything from IKEA with a simple screwdriver, I had to use my drill because the screws were very hard to turn.3
The wholes are not drilledGeoffreyThe wholes are not drilled to the coreect width so it makes assembly alsomost impossible. I needed a hammer and a sander to build and its very hard not to damage the wood when these tools are necessary. Also there are dowel holes on both sides and now way to fill them once assembly is completed.3

Good size as it fits 9 wine bottles. I had a bit of a hard time putting it together as some of the holes did not line up perfectly but once assembled, it fit perfectly in the space I needed.
