Aint no one going to make two different production lines to send sub par products off to just one country. It literally makes no sense. The 9 people who found it helpful are sheep who probably didn't even bother to open a new tab and fact check her. This pan doesn't have any PFAs. Food doesnt stick, but adding just the slightest bit of oil ensures that. Bought this to add to my collection of all stainless pans. It's a good product, for a decent price. Buy it.5

Best pan for the money everAnonymousI'm an avid amateur cook and have bought many non stick skillets over the years. After more than two years of use with an induction stove top, this skillet still maintains a non-stick surface well ( a record for me.) As long as you use appropriate heat levels, keep it out of the dishwasher, and use the right tools, this is a long lasting pan for a bargain price. I can't ever see buying another expensive pan from Williams Sonoma again, LOL. 5

MisleadingHeatherThis is a beautiful pan for an affordable price. HOWEVER, if you are buying it because it says it's PFAS free, this is not your pan if purchased in the United States. Here, retailers can totally lower their European standards and add all the questionable stuff. 1

Love the new IKEA frypans. Well made, sturdy, reasonably non stick (depending on skills of the chef), clean up easily. Next Visit to IKEA we will get some more for the caravan.

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colors, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
