Knocking two stars off as we did get some rust stains after only 3 days of being under a covered patio. It was rained on a couple of times, but unlike the kitchen sink module this one rusted. As advertised this is supposed to weather the elements. Not sure how the countertop is going to hold up over time.
Pro: easy to assemble and like other ikea items very modular. Black goes well with other typical powder coated outdoor items.
Base fairly solid and easy to level as well. Well thought out design. I’m planning on leaving a review for the door panels separately. It was frustrating not being able to buy just the doors or specific panels Most of it is wasted when connecting units together.
Cons: flimsy thin countertops (especially sink unit), and counter rusted before it was even used. 3
Disappointed AshleyI purchased the outdoor bar set from IKEA, and after only a week and a half outside, it’s already rusted. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality. I expected it to be more durable, especially since it’s marketed for outdoor use.

Table for the outsideAaronTable works well for my purposes of supporting a portable pizza oven and potting plants. The stainless steel top can scratch easily so be careful not to scrape metal against it. Also the black coating can scratch as well on the lower shelving. But overall, I am satisfied with the durability of the shelf.4

Hopefully it holds upJamesLooking at pictures and reading what other people have said about it, I felt confident to purchase it. When I received it, I realized that it did not go together securely as it used for tabs that you bend up to secure the back panel. The side panels only had two tabs. Nothing secured the bottom of the back panel nor the side panels. I use 75 stainless steel self tapping screws to reinforce and hold together the panels. Simple tabs are not going to hold it together. There was nothing on the side of the panels to hold them against the unit. We have a strong winds in our area, and I knew they would collapse. It’s a shame IKEA did away with the screws as you can see if there were some holes that at one time you must’ve used screws. It is supposed to be waterproof. However, there are many holes that are open and I’m concerned about the seams of the panels. Time will tell I added some caulk on the back panels. Just to fill large gaps I was expecting more robust assembly.2

The Perfect Stand For My Pizza OvenBobThe Grillskar is the perfect size to hold and store my Ooni pizza oven. When using the oven, I place it on the top shelf, placing it at exactly the right height. Then when done, I store it on the center shelf, and cover it all up with a nice protective cover I found online. My only suggestion is that I wish this came with casters so it could easily be moved around my deck. Well done Ikea!5
