Great stools except for the paddingAlanBought both a tall and a medium size. Beautiful deisgn. Sturdy, no wobble, assembles easily. My only issue is that they could have put a tad more foam padding (Polyurethane foam) under the grey fabric material. Rather hard on ones "seat".

And the all grey color is chosen with care, explains Magnus. “It’s a practical and timeless base color that lets you add the details and make GRÅSALA a part of your home.”
Function solution
Choose the right bar stool height
Choose the right height of your bar stool so that it is comfy to sit on, offers plenty of leg room and is proportionate with the rest of your space. Kitchen counters and counter-height tables typically range from 34-36" from the floor. To find the perfect stool for your counter, look for a seat height of 23-26". Tabletops or counters that measure between 39-42" from the floor, are typically classified as "bar height", and require a seat height of 28-30".
