Super cute in my cottageJoyceI have the black Ranarp pendent light hanging above my table in the cottage. But the shade was just too small for the area. After seeing the wicker/bamboo shades popping up on HGTV. I decided I should try switching out the Ranarp shade for this bamboo shade. It worked perfectly. Hubby especially liked it since he didn't have to rehang a light. I love the look!!
Perfect light shade KirkWe needed to replace a fancy, expensive glass ceiling globe which broke while cleaning. The company no longer makes it, so we looked at the specialty light stores in town for a similar one. No luck. So we decided to not try to match it and came to Ikea to find a wicker like shade. The Gottorp was perfect. It would work on the cord which matched the rest of the lights and love the spacing of the weaves so the light could come through. Most of all, we wanted something bigger which looks great in our kitchen. Being very affordable helps as well. It was just right for us.
