Beautiful and functional WendyWe bought about 10 chairs the first time to have in a backyard for get together. Since, we have added 30 more slowly. The oldest ones are probably about 7 years old and they have held up. My husband has had to repair a few of the older ones but nothing some wood glue cannot fix. Love them and look beautiful for parties.

One of the best things you can buy from IKEAJocelynLove these chairs because they are already put together, foldable, super easy to carry and store away, and stylish enough for indoor or outdoor use. I use them as extra seating for parties or the patio, not every day furniture. They can definitely hold someone up to 250 lbs without feeling flimsy, any bigger might be less comfortable.

The hole at the top not a good design PerihanI love these chairs and had multiple of them. Need to replace the old ones but seeing there is a hole in the middle does not seem like a good design. I hope ikea produce back to the old version. Not sure what’s going on with ikea but recently I realized they make all kind of weird design which is not practical in a daily living

handy extra chairKalaiWe've had a couple versions of these of these over the years. I'm glad they've brought back a non-painted version! Was a bit surprised that this model had no stain on it at all. I'm thinking of trying teak oil on it. We'll see.
Excellent little chairsHeatherWe bought these for our little backyard Nordic cabin to go with the Norden gateleg table, and they are sturdy and comfortable and well-made. I like the holes at the center of the seat back top; we may put a dowel or a hook on the wall to mount these off the floor when not in use. We will also put a layer of a water-based sealant on these too, as they are totally raw/unfinished. But overall very pleased!
