I have a 5 and almost-4 year old who needed some drawing desks (later to be homeschool desks). The Flisat desk was perfect in every way... wood, adjustable, can be tilted for drawing, has storage, etc.
My only hesitation was that the actual drawing surface itself was not listed as solid wood and appeared to be made out of the same particleboard material as the Flisat table covers (which if you add a couple small scratches and some moisture, basically disintegrate). I had been researching options to seal or cover but to my pleasant surprise, on the Flisat Desk, the drawing surface feels incredibly thick and tough and I am confident it will hold up to years of wear.
My only other small gripe is the bright orange hardware. I will definitely be spraying these out to something more neutral.

Great versatile deskMichelleGreat desk, overall! Our experience did not have all the correct screws to assemble the desk, but we're probably the minority. And we bought the deeper tubs to sit under the desk, but those tubs do not "hang" on the railings underneath if the desk is in its lowest setting. I don't love this but we ended up still playing the tub where it should go and it works fine.4
