Not adjustable at allAnonymousWhen you lean on the back of the chair, it bends back. Lean harder, it bends farther. If you want more support than that, too bad.
The seat has some thin foam that's not very comfortable.
The wheels don't turn. It's supposed to be a rolling chair, but I end up dragging it where I need it to be while the wheels stay stationary.
Overall just a low quality chair that I'm going to return.
Not a good chairEricI wanted to like the Flint chair. Ten minutes sitting in it and my back was killing me. The seat padding is very thin. If you buy this chair plan to use a pillow for padding. I found it to be incredibly uncomfortable to sit on and no adjustment will help.
I’ve built a lot of ikea furniture and it’s usually easy, but this chair was remarkably difficult to build. I’m surprised IKEA puts their name on this chair.

Good chair after adjustmentsKaterinaAfter removing the horizontal plastic piece on the backrest, the chair has become considerably more comfortable. This is a fairly easy adjustment for anyone who finds that support bar uncomfortable. I like that the backrest reclines independently from the seat. I spend a fair portion of my day at my computer and after two years of using this chair, I would rate it as a good chair at a fair price.

Not ComfortableSharonThis was a replacement for a Flintan chair purchased about 8 years ago. They removed the padding in the back and replaced with a hard bar. The one I own had worn out its wheels and while I searched all over the wheel size could not be found for replacement
Very Nice ChairNormaThis chair works as described. I was surprised that when I got up and pushed it, it did not move. An extra little shove is needed if you want to move it to another location.

Terrible chair | screw holes size mismatch | wheels stuckHarrisThis is by far my worst experience with IKEA. I have purchased a lot of goods from them and have been satisfied. this chair however, very easy to assemble, did not have the right screw holes on the back panel of the seat. I had to screw it in reverse after opening the casing on the seat base to get it through!
after all that I found out the wheels are not working! fantastic! they are totally stuck and not moving at all! very bad experience I recommend no one to buy this product. when I contacted customer service, they are asking me to put it in the original packing again and take it to the store for a refund. ridiculous!
