Not Dishwasher safe?NalaniDid anyone else notice these are labeled "hand wash only"? "Safe up to 158°" (Fahrenheit). Most modern-day dishwashers' standard cycles exceed 150°. What's the point of an inexpensive cutting board that can't be easily sanitized by a dishwasher cycle? I've been buying flexible plastic chopping mats for 15+ years, and only found "hand wash only" on dollar store ones. Considering IKEA's reputation, I didn't bother checking before purchasing. I'm disappointed they would use a plastic that breaks down at such a low temperature. Not practical/safe.

More uses than as a chopping boardJohnWhile I'm sure these are great as chopping boards, I use them for other things. I use these to line kitchen shelves, putting the "sticky" side down. They're easy to wipe clean, and the colors are nice. I have started to line my garage shelves with them, too, and for the same reasons. I'll probably find other uses for them, too.
