Flexible Cutting BoardsDanaThis pair of flexible cutting boards are excellent for chopping vegetables. They are big enough to contain your food. They clean and dry easily. Best of all they are flexible. When you are done chopping you can just pour your veggies neatly into a bowl or on a plate. My husband has a pair of flexible cutting boards in his garage he uses for certain jobs too.
Shredded more than my usual cutting boardAmyI purchased this in a whim because it was slender and flexible.
After the first one or two times using it I had to throw it away because with each slice or dice a new groove appeared and the plastic was shredding into my food preparation. I would not recommend

Not Dishwasher safe?NalaniDid anyone else notice these are labeled "hand wash only"? "Safe up to 158°" (Fahrenheit). Most modern-day dishwashers' standard cycles exceed 150°. What's the point of an inexpensive cutting board that can't be easily sanitized by a dishwasher cycle? I've been buying flexible plastic chopping mats for 15+ years, and only found "hand wash only" on dollar store ones. Considering IKEA's reputation, I didn't bother checking before purchasing. I'm disappointed they would use a plastic that breaks down at such a low temperature. Not practical/safe.
