2 big issues!
1. The ceiling bracket is 4 3/4 at the outside edge and the light box that attaches to it is about 5" on the side edge. To get the light secure to the bracket it requires you to tighten the screws to the point that the sides of the light box are bending in.
2. The cords are very long, even with shortening them which i did, but adjusting them once the light is installed is near impossible. You have to take the upper box apart to pull the cords through the housing and hope your measurements are good the light will still be level.

The base plate doesn't have holes of you want to install it parallel to the light fixture.theres a bunch of semi circles around but none that run straight????
the the wires are way too long and instructions to pull them up only will work if u want to adjust by a fraction of an inch no more.
So yeah masure and cut strip wires before hand.
Oh the 4 cover screws to put them into place there's no hook or anything to assist as you would have it in other lights.
Lastly there's no caps for screwing the wires together it's like too expensive to add 3 little caps I guess....
Stylish and of great quality KathleenWe had been looking for a modern fixture for over our kitchen island, but the ones we saw were either poorly made or prohibitively expensive. IKEA’s Felsisk light was perfect. Very inexpensive considering the quality, and it provides plenty of light. It has a clean, modern look, and we love how you can change the bulbs depending on your preference.

Great Look, But needs Expertise install.PeterLove the look of this light but it took me way longer to install than anticipated. I had to cut the extra line of wiring on both sides since the box couldn't hide the wire. Stripping the wire was also a challenge since the shielding was thick like coax cable. I used Wago wire connectors rather than the nuts provided. Once you go Wago, you'll never go back.
For the price, wish it came with bulbs. It's just some metal and sockets.

Beautiful but hard to installJessieThe light looks great once it’s installed, but the installation process was a pain. Although adjustable, the ropes/wires were way too long. There’s little space available to hide them when trying to lock/hide them in the ceiling.
