Beautiful but…EvaThis mug is very pretty, which is why I bought it and took it home. The one fatal flaw? There is no way of carrying anything hot in it without burning yourself. You see, the way the handle is, it makes it impossible to hold the mug without laying your entire middle finger middle phalanx (outside) against the hot cup. There is just something wrong about it… I wish I knew. I wanted to love it, but it’s just not engineered correctly. Bummer. I literally, have one flight of stairs from my tea kettle to my office and I have to set it down halfway up the stairs because it burns me. My husband tried to bring me some tea and had the same problem. I’m thinking about donating it, but I don’t want some poor person to buy it because it’s pretty, then have my problem.

Color is flat, not like photoMelindaThere is hardly any variation in the glaze. On the website it looks pretty but in real life it's almost a solid nude/skin color.
