Received broken plates twice from Ikea, They give no consideration for safe delivery RabiaI ordered these plates regardless of our last order of same plates a while back when we received the order with few plates broken. This time I again received the order with broken plates and not just few, but all of the plates were broken this time. My money was completely gone to waste. Why do we pay for delivery if no consideration is given to how the items are delivered. 1

What are ceramics?

Ceramic is a heat-resistant and durable material that has been used by humans to make practical objects for thousands of years. The base material is different types of clay that are oven-burned and become things like terracotta, stoneware, pottery and porcelain. At IKEA we mainly use ceramic for plant pots, porcelain, washbasins and kitchen sinks.
