Perfect size bowlJaimieThese are great bowls and the color is just perfect to match my other teal items.5
BowlsSharonWe love the color and the weight of these and actually purchased the matching plates as well.5
Same, but not the same...DarienI bought this to replace a broken bowl. Now, I have to return it because while it looks the same, it's actually a different part number and not from the same mold. It's actually slightly smaller than the original ones I have.1
Concerned about fragilityMarkLooks good, but of 12 received (three stacks of four, in two separate shipments) two had broken without evident damage to the outside of the boxes.3
Cute bowlsLindaThey’re a nice color and good for mix and match.5
Very usefulKatyPerfect bowl for a great amount of cereal.5
Very niceMilenaPerfect for small servings of soup, rice, ice cream, crackers, etc.5
Very breakableSarahOrdered online. 2 out of the 4 bowls arrived broken. Not worth the money to pay more for Shipping. Looks nice if you buy in person.3
Nice bowlsGordonThick, sturdy bowls. Nice finish. Attractive and durable so far.5
They are a great sizeDawnaThey are a great size and just what I wanted.5
Good sized bowls, not sure on longevityLindaI’ve purchased two sets of these dishes, one set a year ago and another recently. From the first set, one bowl chipped on the edge after relatively light use. It’s just two adults and we have other bowls we use. I love these bowls for cereal, yogurt parfaits and soup. They do well in the dishwasher. I bought them again because on balance, I’m happy with them despite the chip.4
Just the right size bowlsAnonymous reviewerJust the right size bowls for us and the color is beautiful. We replaced older Ikea bowls with these and love them!5

They are nice and wide. Easy to wash as they are plain without any ridges.

These bowls are great - the design means not much spillage (if you're clumsy like me) and they don't chip either

Material

What are ceramics?

Ceramic is a heat-resistant and durable material that has been used by humans to make practical objects for thousands of years. The base material is different types of clay that are oven-burned and become things like terracotta, stoneware, pottery and porcelain. At IKEA we mainly use ceramic for plant pots, porcelain, washbasins and kitchen sinks. Since it can be shaped and even glazed to the desired color and shine, the possibilities of styles and looks are endless.
